Yes, it’s easy. Guests must notify Nirvanadubai LLC of cancellations in writing. After receiving cancellation notifications, Nirvanadubai LLC attempts to make replacement bookings. If Nirvanadubai LLC succeeds in making a replacement booking, it will refund Guests’ payments to Nirvanadubai LLC less any difference in rent between Guests’ bookings and replacement bookings, bank charges and disbursements.
